Situated in the heart of Wiesbaden, our compact yet sophisticated office is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the train station. This strategic location positions us perfectly to expand our footprint in the German fibre optics market, signalling a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation.

Leading the charge in our German office are Marc-A. Pauly, Dominique Grondin, and Andreas Lorenz, each bringing their unique expertise and vision to the table. Marc-A. Pauly is the DACH Sales Manager, leveraging his extensive experience in sales strategy and customer relationship management to drive growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

 

Working closely alongside Marc is Andreas Lorenz, who takes on the role of Key Account Manager for the DACH region. With a keen understanding of the German market landscape, Andreas is tasked with cultivating and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring Omelcom remains the partner of choice for businesses seeking cutting-edge fibre optic solutions.

 

On the international front, Dominique Grondin in his role as International Sales Director, oversees Omelcom’s global sales strategy and expansion efforts. With his strategic vision and multicultural expertise, Dominique is instrumental in forging partnerships and driving growth across regions.


In the journey of expansion and innovation, Debora Bazzarello is an integral member of our international sales team. With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Debora plays a multifaceted role within the company, encompassing the careful management of international back-office operations, the strategic oversight of customer portfolios in key regions such as Eastern Europe and the USA, and the seamless coordination of European exhibitions.


Complementing our regional focus, Zo Rakotofinringa spearheads business development efforts in the EMEA region, harnessing his market insights and strategic acumen to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

 

In the UK market, Jamie Todd leads the charge as Business Development Manager, harnessing his in-depth understanding of the local landscape to forge strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

 

Rounding out our team is Guillaume Salaün, serving as Key Account Manager for the rest of the world. With a global perspective and a customer-centric approach, Guillaume ensures that Omelcom’s solutions meet the diverse needs of clients worldwide.
