“I joined OMELCOM in April 2021 as a consultant with the task of streamlining the Luna product line, designed for the deployment of optical fiber in the German market. Before working for OMELCOM, I had undertaken various missions as a Project Manager and Industrialization Leader in different fields of activity.The most recent one being in the field of plastics manufacturing for the luxury cosmetics sector. Hired at the end of my assignment in February 2022, I joined a newly established department dedicated to project management. Since then, I have been coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, primarily for international markets (UK/Germany). I have found my role within OMELCOM, and in addition to my role as a Project Manager, I am working on integrating eco-design into our developments. I also enjoy providing support to various departments, including marketing, sales, quality, and bid responses, leveraging my experience gained with various product types.”

“When I joined OMELCOM in 2016, I had just spent nine years in the industry as a forklift operator, and I had recently completed vocational training that allowed me to transition into a position as a freight operations technician. Despite having no real experience in this role, OMELCOM put their trust in me and hired me for order preparation and later on for shipments. That’s when I discovered the world of transportation. In 2018, a new opportunity arose, and once again, OMELCOM placed their trust in me by offering me the role of Procurement Officer, which has since evolved into the position of Flow Manager. With the support of my manager and the addition of technical training on our ERP and international logistics, I’ve developed my skills in managing a supplier portfolio, calculating needs, and tracking orders in an international context. I joined OMELCOM in 2019 after earning a degree in logistics through military service and gaining several business experiences in this field in various regions. I started at OMELCOM as a logistics operator, primarily focused on order preparation. Quickly, after 6 months, I also took on the responsibility of handling incoming shipments, and I have been a Logistics Coordinator for the past 2 years. I really enjoy the versatility of my role; I get involved in all aspects of logistics activities. I am independent and have a high degree of autonomy. I appreciate working as part of a team, collaborating with various departments, and I feel that my manager trusts me; it’s very motivating! In four years, I’ve seen a lot of change: the modes of transport used, the suppliers and the extension in 2022, with the Annex, which increased our storage capacity.
