Je suis arrivée chez OMELCOM en Avril 2021, en tant que consultante, pour industrialiser la gamme de boitiers Luna, gamme destinée au déploiement de la fibre optique sur le marché allemand. Avant de travailler pour OMELCOM, j’avais réalisé différentes missions en tant que cheffe de projet, et pilote industrialisation dans différents domaines d’activité. Le dernier en date étant la plasturgie pour le secteur cosmétique de luxe.  hope Embauchée à l’issue de ma mission en février 2022, j’ai intégré un service nouvellement créé et dédié à la gestion de projets. Depuis, je coordonne plusieurs projets en parallèle, principalement pour les marchés internationaux (UK / Allemagne).   J’ai trouvé ma place au sein d’OMELCOM, et en plus de la fonction de cheffe de projet, je travaille à intégrer l’éco-conception dans nos développements. I joined OMELCOM in April 2021 as a consultant with the task of streamlining the Luna product line, designed for the deployment of optical fibre in the German market. Before working for OMELCOM, I had undertaken various missions as a Project Manager and Industrialisation Leader in different fields of activity. The most recent one being in the field of plastics manufacturing for the luxury cosmetics sector. hope Hired at the end of my assignment in February 2022, I joined a newly established department dedicated to project management. Since then, I have been coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, primarily for international markets (UK/Germany). I have found my role within OMELCOM, and in addition to my role as a Project Manager, I am working on integrating eco-design into our developments. I also enjoy providing support to various departments, including marketing, sales, quality, and bid responses, leveraging my experience gained with various product types.”

Im April 2021 bin ich als Beraterin zu OMELCOM gekommen, mit der Aufgabe, die Produktlinie Luna für den Ausbau von Glasfaser im deutschen Markt zu optimieren. Zuvor war ich in verschiedenen Branchen als Projektmanagerin und im Bereich Industrialisierung tätig, zuletzt in der Kunststoffproduktion für den Luxus-Kosmetiksektor. Hoffnung Nach Abschluss meines Projekts wurde ich im Februar 2022 fest übernommen und wechselte in eine neu gegründete Abteilung für Projektmanagement. Seitdem koordiniere ich mehrere Projekte parallel, insbesondere für internationale Märkte wie Großbritannien und Deutschland. Ich habe meine Rolle bei OMELCOM gefunden. Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Projektmanagerin arbeite ich auch an der Integration von Ökodesign in unsere Produktentwicklungen. Darüber hinaus unterstütze ich verschiedene Abteilungen – darunter Marketing, Vertrieb, Qualität und Angebotsmanagement – und bringe dabei meine Erfahrungen aus unterschiedlichen Projekten ein.

« Arrivé en 2012 suite à la création d’un poste au service Industrialisation, j’ai occupé le poste d’Ingénieur Industrialisation pendant quatre ans. Au fil du temps, je me suis de plus en plus intéressé à la relation clients. Lorsque le poste de Chef de Produits a été créé, l’entreprise m’a fait confiance et j’ai pu évoluer vers ce nouveau métier au sein de l’équipe Marketing.   Pour me permettre d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires, l’entreprise m’a proposé des formations importantes qui me permettent maintenant d’accompagner les équipes commerciales et techniques dans le développement des nouveaux produits.   Grâce à ces formations et au support de mes collègues, j’ai trouvé ma place dans l’organisation et j’ai pu participer au développement de produits innovants. Je suis très fier que des fonctions intégrées dans ces produits soient brevetées et fassent maintenant le succès d’OMELCOM sur ses différents marchés. » 

Having joined in 2012 following the creation of a position in the Industrialisation department, I held the role of Industrialisation Engineer for four years. Over time, I became increasingly interested in client relations. When the Product Manager position was created, the company placed its trust in me, and I was able to transition into this new role within the Marketing team. In order to help me acquire the necessary skills, the company offered me significant training opportunities, which now enable me to support the sales and technical teams in the development of new products. Thanks to these training programmes and the support of my colleagues, I have found my place within the organisation and have been able to contribute to the development of innovative products. I am very proud that some of the features integrated into these products are patented and now contribute to OMELCOM’s success in various markets.

Ich bin 2012 zu OMELCOM gekommen, als im Bereich Industrialisierung eine neue Stelle geschaffen wurde. In den ersten vier Jahren war ich als Industrialisierungsingenieur tätig. Mit der Zeit entwickelte ich ein starkes Interesse an der Kundenbetreuung und an marktorientierten Themen. Als die Position des Product Managers geschaffen wurde, erhielt ich die Möglichkeit, in diese Rolle innerhalb des Marketingteams zu wechseln. OMELCOM hat mich auf diesem Weg durch gezielte Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen unterstützt, sodass ich heute die Vertriebs- und Technikteams aktiv bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte begleiten kann. Dank dieser Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und der Unterstützung meiner Kolleg:innen habe ich meinen Platz im Unternehmen gefunden und konnte zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen beitragen. Besonders stolz bin ich darauf, dass einige Produktfunktionen patentiert wurden und heute zum internationalen Erfolg von OMELCOM beitragen.

« Lorsque je suis rentrée chez Omelcom en 2016, je venais de passer neuf ans dans l’industrie comme cariste et je venais tout juste de finir une formation professionnelle me permettant de m’orienter vers un poste de technicien d’exploitation dans le transport de marchandises. Pour autant sans réelle expérience à ce poste, OMELCOM m’a fait confiance et m’a recrutée pour faire de la préparation de commandes et puis les expéditions. C’est là que j’ai découvert le monde des transports. En 2018, une nouvelle opportunité s’est présentée et Omelcom m’a de nouveau fait confiance en me confiant le poste d’Approvisionneur devenu aujourd’hui Pilote de flux. Grâce au support de mon manager et avec l’apport de formations techniques sur notre ERP et en logistique internationale, je suis montée en compétences sur la gestion d’un panel de fournisseurs, le calcul des besoins et le suivi de commandes dans un contexte international. When I joined OMELCOM in 2016, I had just spent nine years in the industry as a forklift operator, and I had recently completed vocational training that allowed me to transition into a position as a freight operations technician. Despite having no real experience in this role, OMELCOM put their trust in me and hired me for order preparation and later on for shipments. That’s when I discovered the world of transportation. In 2018, a new opportunity arose, and once again, OMELCOM placed their trust in me by offering me the role of Procurement Officer, which has since evolved into the position of Flow Manager. With the support of my manager and the additional of technical training on our ERP and international logistics, I’ve developed my skills in managing a supplier portfolio, calculating needs, and tracking orders in an international context. Today, I derive a lot of satisfaction from working with my suppliers and my colleagues in the supply chain with whom I have built strong relationships...

Als ich 2016 zu OMELCOM kam, hatte ich bereits neun Jahre in der Industrie als Gabelstaplerfahrerin gearbeitet und kürzlich eine Weiterbildung abgeschlossen, die mir den Einstieg in die Frachtabwicklung ermöglichte. Auch ohne direkte Erfahrung in dieser Position hat mir OMELCOM von Anfang an Vertrauen entgegengebracht. Ich begann in der Auftragsvorbereitung und wechselte anschließend in den Versand. Dabei entdeckte ich meine Begeisterung für den Transport- und Logistikbereich. 2018 ergab sich eine neue berufliche Chance: OMELCOM bot mir die Position im Einkauf an, aus der sich meine heutige Rolle im Flow Management bzw. Supply Chain Management entwickelt hat. Durch die Unterstützung meiner Vorgesetzten sowie gezielte Schulungen in unserem ERP-System und in der internationalen Logistik konnte ich meine Kompetenzen kontinuierlich ausbauen – insbesondere in der Steuerung von Lieferanten, der Bedarfsplanung und der internationalen Auftragsverfolgung. Je suis arrivé chez OMELCOM en 2019 après un diplôme en logistique obtenu dans l’armée et plusieurs expériences en entreprise dans ce domaine dans différentes régions. J’ai commencé chez OMELCOM en tant qu’opérateur logistique, principalement sur la préparation de commandes. Rapidement, au bout de 6 mois, j’ai pris en plus la responsabilité des réceptions et depuis 2 ans je suis Pilote Logistique. J’aime beaucoup la grande polyvalence de mon poste, j’interviens vraiment sur l’ensemble des activités logistiques, je suis indépendant et j’ai beaucoup d’autonomie. J’apprécie le travail en équipe, avec les différents services, et je sens que mon responsable me fait confiance, c’est très motivant ! En 4 ans j’ai vu beaucoup d’évolutions : les moyens de transport, les prestataires, et l’agrandissement en 2022 avec l’Annexe qui nous a permis d’augmenter notre capacité de stockage.
