Responsibilities
You will be joining the Telecoms Marketing team, which is responsible for developing the products and solutions on offer, as part of a strong ambition for growth in dynamic international markets, mainly Germany, the UK, Canada, the USA and Africa…
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, What are your main responsibilities ?
- Gathering, understanding, analysing and summarising the needs of different international markets,
- Performing technical and competitive analysis
- Creating new products, coordinating their development with project teams, and managing their launches with our international sales teams,
- Training these international sales teams and providing them with the appropriate sales support tools,
- Supporting the international sales force in pre-sales and marketing phases,
- Managing product updates, measuring, and overseeing the performance of product lines.

You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and work closely with all OMELCOM departments :
- Sales, Project, R&D, Procurement, Industrialisation, and Communications.
Â
That involves interactions in French and English as well.
You will be responsible for managing and steering your projects internally throughout their lifecycle — from approval with management, through development and commercialisation, to gathering feedback and insights post-product launch.
Profile
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a manufacturing company specialising in telecommunications.
Your experience, background and appeal in international markets means that you are comfortable interacting with key accounts for international clients and with the international teams in-house.
You have experience and a solid understanding of the various stakeholders that make up the supply chain across different countries.
You are curious by nature and have good interpersonal skills.
You are recognised for your attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
Language skills: You are fluent in English, You speak correctly in French and proficiency in German would be a bonus.
Travel: Regular travel to key target regions (e.g., UK, Germany, and others) is required.
