Proposed wording for the Omelcom website

As part of its commitment to ethics and compliance, Omelcom provides a whistleblowing system accessible to both employees and external stakeholders.

This channel allows individuals to report, in a confidential manner, any behavior or situation that may violate the law, regulations, or the company’s ethical principles. Reports can be submitted via the dedicated email address: alerte@omelcom.fr

The reported breach must be serious, and the alert must be made in good faith and without personal gain. The alert message should describe, objectively and as precisely as possible, the facts personally witnessed or experienced by the reporting person, indicating, where possible, the dates, locations, names, and roles of the individuals concerned.

Where appropriate, the reporting person may provide any information or supporting documents, regardless of their format or medium, to substantiate the alert.
